Vince Mauceri, Principal is a results-driven strategic and operational transportation professional offering more than 35 years of experience and success in both the public and private sectors in parking, public transit (conventional & paratransit) operations & management, traffic operations, TDM (Transportation Demand Management), project execution and transportation planning.

Vince was formerly the Chief Innovation Officer with Metrolinx – the regional transportation agency of the Government of Ontario and prior to that, General Manager of Transportation Operations and Technology at Metrolinx. He has held management positions as Vice President of Operations for 10 years while with ParkSmart Inc. (a Coinamatic Canada Co.), Director of Transit & Traffic while with the City of Burlington, various public transit planning, marketing & customer service management positions while employed at the cities of Mississauga, Hamilton and Kitchener. In mid-2010 he founded his own independent consulting firm, Transforward Consulting.

Transforward Consulting draws from a group of highly experienced professionals in parking, finance, business case analysis, proforma development, planning, policy & research, parking demand & supply forecasting, parking lot layouts, advanced technologies, engineering, ITS (Intelligent Transportation Systems), TDM (Transportation Demand Management), public transit management & operations, smart card applications, wayfinding, public consultation and accessibility to meet client needs. Vince is a licenced professional planner and honourary life member of the Ontario Public Transit Association.
